Adoption Support Group
A group for parents with their adopted children, as well as those awaiting adoptions. Families involved with domestic, foreign, foster-adopt, and kinship adoptions are welcome to attend. Subjects addressed include helping a child adjust to his/her new environment, strengthening the parent-child bond, incorporating the child’s history, and how and when to address adoption questions. After Nappers Toddler Circle
A group for parents with young toddlers, ages 10 -24 months. This group will enable new walkers to gently transition into their first social experience. Parents will have the opportunity to discuss parenting challenges, while their children play. Schedule

For postpartum parents with their newborns up through 9 months old. A therapeutic group facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist; for mothers who are seeking emotional support, comradery, and guidance on infant care. Schedule

Includes a structured learning activity followed by an opportunity for parents to share parenting struggles and advice, while children play. Schedule
Single Moms Group
Support group for Single Moms with children ages 0-5. Child care provided, while mothers receive emotional support and the camaraderie of other mothers. Includes Children’s Learning Activity. Schedule
Zumba for Parents with Maya Vigil
A Latin-Based Fitness Class. Come learn Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, Cumbia and much more. Everyone Welcome! No Registration Required. Please wear tennis shoes and bring water! Schedule
